Conversion of the Former “Toussaint” Farm into Varied Housing
This project transforms the historic “Toussaint” farm into a residential complex offering diverse housing. Within a large enclosed site and spacious central courtyard, the rural character is preserved. The barn will house a small home and several apartments, while the main farmhouse will offer co-living spaces—all while respecting the site’s architectural heritage.

The heritage-listed buildings have been preserved in their original layout. The structural elements—particularly the wooden framework—were retained as much as possible to safeguard the site’s authentic essence.

Respecting the original buildings not only maintains the site's historical identity, but also contributes to shaping a distinctive and welcoming ambiance, where the old and the new coexist in harmony.
