Design Concept for a Single-Family House
On this site, the existing basement — including the garage — as well as the garden and landscaping completed by the previous owner will be preserved. The current house is intended to be replaced by a new construction. In close collaboration with the clients, we developed a design concept that reflects their wishes and lifestyle, creating a contemporary home that integrates seamlessly with the existing underground structure and its surroundings.
