We carried out a feasibility study to assess the potential of the site and the viability of the project. This involved carefully analysing the terrain’s orientation, access, and specific physical constraints, while also taking into account local planning regulations. We explored how the client's program could be integrated into the site, testing different spatial configurations and estimating surface needs and volumes.  This initial phase allowed us—and the client—to define a solid foundation before moving forward with the design process.
