Redevelopment of the Former Farm at “Pe’tesch Kräiz” into Office and Workshop Spaces
The project involves the transformation of a former farmstead at the “Pe’tesch Kräiz” site, consisting of a main house, a barn, and stables. The entire ensemble will be repurposed into office spaces and a garage for a company.
While adapting the site for contemporary professional use, the project will preserve the historic charm and architectural heritage of the existing buildings.
